I like the sound of raindrops, the way it sounds like a knock on my roof
I like the chill I get when I open my window, and the wind blows, and the smell of the rain seeps through my nose
And my favorite song's played on my iTunes, and I turn the volume up because the rain was so heavy
And I'm humming in my room, 
Till I fall asleep



Thank God for the rainy July,
my favorite month of all.
